Forthcoming Events

We host regular poetry readings at the Flux Gallery, providing a  venue for both local, national and international poets and their poetry. Our poetry evenings have become very well known throughout the North of England and are well attended.

Our readings are appreciated and respected for the quality of the poetry and the generosity of the hospitality. The in-house trio Des the Miner give added flavour and ambience to the evenings, playing languorous cool jazz, in a 1950's be-bop style..

All book events start at 7.30 pm. Signed copies of Flux Gallery Publications are available on the launch night. If you can't make it to a reading all available titles can be purchased online. Please go to the publications page for further details.
